The Challenge
A growing name in the Management Consultancy industry, 4future were already
advertising with Milkround and looking for a way to further target their
recruitment process to the top quality candidates they require.
The Milkround Solution
4future’s existing recruitment methods consisted of a CV and cover letter
upload, so Milkround set up a simple pre-screening tool that enabled 4future to
immediately screen out candidates that didn’t meet their minimum criteria of a
having a 2.1 (relevant) degree or above; from a preferred university; with a
work permit for the UK. A CV and cover letter upload tool was integrated to
allow 4future to retain their original screening methods.
In addition, an ATS system was incorporated with the pre-screening
tool to enable 4future to better organise each stage of their recruitment.
The Result
4future identified Milkround’s search and filter tools as among the key
time-saving advantages of their pre-screening package with us. Having the
flexibility to search and filter candidates on a number of different axes
significantly reduced the effort required in 4future’s selection process.
4future also found Milkround’s ATS system particularly useful in assisting
them with the ongoing recruitment campaign, including the ability to: generate
mass emails; freely distribute access to additional 4future staff members; and
have all candidate information (including easily downloadable CV and cover
letter) at their fingertips.
